Premium Sencha is made from the Yabukita tea plant. Tea leasves are harvested by hands in April 20 at the Moriuchi Tea Farm. The location of which, provides the perfect environment for growing this tea and gives a strong Umami taste. You can enjoy the taste of Umami a good balance of Sweetness, Bitterness and Astringent. This tea is made a lot of effort and time. Resulting there are no unpleasant taste in tea.

    In generally, start brewing lower temperature and enjoy Umami. For second and third brew, raise the brewing temperature 10℃ each time to enjoy different taste.
